This Privacy Policy describes how freeweb (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") handles user information in the mobile application "Kimera" (hereinafter referred to as "App").

本プライバシーポリシーは、freeweb（以下「提供者」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリ「きめら（Kimera）」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。

The App automatically or through user input acquires the following information to provide and improve services.

本アプリでは、サービスの提供と改善のために、以下の情報を自動的または利用者の入力により取得します。

1.1 Device Information and Identifiers 1.1 端末情報および識別子

The App obtains and transmits device-specific identifiers (Device ID) and device information (model name, OS version, etc.) to servers for fraud prevention, security assurance, and free usage limit management (quota management). This information is not personally identifiable.

本アプリは、不正利用の防止、セキュリティの確保、および無料枠の利用制限管理（クォータ管理）のために、ご利用の端末固有の識別子（Device ID）や端末情報（モデル名、OSバージョンなど）を取得し、サーバーに送信します。これらの情報は個人を特定するものではありません。

1.2 Image Data 1.2 画像データ

To provide the main AI image generation feature of the App, photo data selected or captured by users is temporarily transmitted to external AI generation servers.

本アプリの主要機能であるAI画像生成を提供するために、利用者が選択または撮影した写真データを一時的に外部のAI生成サーバーへ送信します。

• Transmitted images are used only for AI processing and generation.
• They will not be used for AI service quality improvement or learning data.
• 送信された画像は、AIによる加工・生成の目的にのみ使用されます。
• AIサービスの品質向上や学習データとして利用されることはありません。

1.3 Purchase Information 1.3 購買情報

To provide and manage paid plans (Premium), we acquire purchase history and subscription status information. This includes transaction information provided by payment platforms (App Store, Google Play).

有料プラン（Premium）の提供および管理のために、購買履歴やサブスクリプションのステータス情報を取得します。これには決済プラットフォーム（App Store, Google Play）から提供されるトランザクション情報が含まれます。

The App uses the following third-party services to implement features and transmits necessary user information to them. Please check the linked privacy policies of each service.

Firebase (Google LLC)

Used for authentication, backend functionality, and cloud data storage.

AI Generation Services AI生成サービス

For image generation processing, the following AI service providers are used. Uploaded images are promptly destroyed after processing completion or used only for temporary processing.

画像の生成処理のために、以下のAIサービスプロバイダを利用しています。アップロードされた画像は処理完了後に速やかに破棄されるか、一時的な処理のためにのみ使用されます。

• Seedream (BytePlus): Image Generation API画像生成API

3. Data Storage and Management 3. データの保管と管理

Collected information is stored on secure servers (Firestore, etc.) on Google Cloud Platform. The Provider takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage to information.

収集した情報は、Google Cloud Platform上のセキュアなサーバー（Firestore等）に保存されます。提供者は、情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損の防止、その他の情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

User-generated image history is deleted from local storage when the app is uninstalled or through explicit user action.

ユーザーが生成した画像履歴は、アプリの削除またはユーザーの明示的な操作によりローカルストレージから削除されます。

4. Ads and Analytics 4. 広告と解析について

Currently, the App does not use Google Analytics for user behavior analysis or AdMob for ad delivery. Location information is also not collected.

現時点において、本アプリではGoogle Analyticsによるユーザー行動の解析や、AdMobによる広告配信は行っておりません。また、位置情報の取得も行っておりません。

5. User Rights 5. ユーザーの権利

Users can stop information collection by uninstalling the App. If you wish to delete or disclose saved data, please contact the inquiry address below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

利用者は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、情報の取得を停止することができます。また、保存されたデータの削除や開示を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

The Provider may change this privacy policy as necessary. In case of changes, notice will be given on this page, and the revised privacy policy will apply.

提供者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合には、本ページにて通知し、変更後のプライバシーポリシーが適用されるものとします。
